These Jerry Cans are made to suit a multitude of applications including detergents and household chemicals, lubricating oil, chemicals, garden products, pet care, DIY, toiletries, personal health care, confectionery, edible oils, vinegar, dairy, sauces & various foodstuffs.

Traceability statement:
The raw materials used within the manufacture of our product can be traced throughout the process from material intake to delivery. BRC: Plastic Bottle Supplies Ltd are certificated to BRC Packaging Issue 6: August 2019 (High Hygiene category). Migration Test Certificates: Migration tests carried out. Exposure conditions 10 days at 40 degrees, migration simulants as detailed in EC 10/2011.

Suitability for customer purpose statement:
Testing for suitability for individual customers’ applications is at the customers’ discretion. PBS has no details of customers’ processes and applications or an on-site facility for food product testing DPE recycled content/ country of origin: PBS bottles are manufactured utilising virgin general purpose and food-safe HDPE grades only. Raw materials used in the manufacture of PBS bottles are sourced globally.

Manufactured in high-density polyethylene, available in 4 sizes - 5 litre, 2.5 litre, 2 litre & 1 litre. Neck options: 38 mm Screw Neck (Tamper Evident) on all sizes, CRC neck on 5 litres, 2.5 litres & 2 litres. 1 litre & 5 litre CRC available with tactile warning device.
