Raw Material / Transport and Warehousing:
- Buckets and lids made from food-grade polypropylene (PP) for maximum food safety.
- Warehousing involves sealed unit pallets, including even numbers of bases and lids.
- Recommended filling and closing conditions: Max content temperature during filling should not exceed 95°C. For stacking, the content temperature should be below 45°C, and no more than 2 warm containers should be stacked.
- Enhanced stacking capability with increased rigidity at temperatures between 25-30°C.
- Load on the lower container: Static (T<23°C): <40 kg, Transparent containers: <32 kg
- Palletisation based on product density of 1.6 g/cm3, following customer practices.
Food Contact and Packaging:
- All materials and dyes used for the container or lid are approved for food contact, ensuring the highest food safety standards.
- To maintain product integrity, use packages from a single pallet immediately after unpacking.
- Manufacturer is not responsible for container deformation if stacked with other products on top of a finished pallet.
