- Raw Material: Buckets and lids are made from food-grade polypropylene (PP), ensuring the safety of your contents.
Transport and Warehousing:
- Sealed unit pallets, including even numbers of bases and lids, ensure efficient and organised storage.
- Recommended filling and closing conditions: Maximum content temperature during filling should not exceed 95°C. For stacking, content temperature should be below 45°C, and not more than 2 warm containers should be stacked.
- Container rigidity during lower temperatures (25-30°C) allows for maximal static load stacking.
- Load on the lower container: Static (T<23°C): <70 kg, Transparent containers: <56 kg
- Palletisation according to customer practices and product density of 1.6 g/cm3.
- All materials and dyes used for container and lid production are approved for food contact, ensuring the safety of your products.
