    Raw Material / Transport and Warehousing:

    • Constructed from food-grade polypropylene (PP) to ensure the highest level of product safety.
    • Sealed unit pallets used for warehousing, featuring even numbers of bases and lids for efficient storage.
    • Recommended filling and closing conditions: Max. content temperature during filling should not exceed 95°C. For stacking, content temperature should be below 45°C, and no more than 2 warm containers should be stacked.
    • The bucket exhibits enhanced rigidity and mechanical parameters, enabling maximal static load stacking when the outside temperature decreases to 25-30°C.
    • Load on the lower container: Static (T<23°C): <45 kg, Transparent containers: <36 kg
    • Palletisation based on product density of 1.6 g/cm3 as per customer practices.

    Food Contact and Packaging:

    • All materials and dyes used for the container or lid are approved for food contact, ensuring the safety of your products.
    • All packages from a single pallet should be used immediately after unpacking to maintain product quality.
    • Manufacturer not responsible for container deformation if stacked with other products on top of a finished pallet.
