If a container is ‘U.N. Approved’ then it has been officially tested and certified for the transportation of dangerous goods and substances. 

Containers that are suitable for food are classified as ‘Food-Grade’.

Metaplast Buckets are made from Polypropylene (PP), making them fully recyclable and guaranteeing the highest safety and quality standards for your products. The PP used to make our PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) Buckets are made from a minimum of 60% recycled PP. Our lids and strap handles are made from Virgin PP.

Metaplast Jerry Cans are made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or a minimum of 30% PCR HDPE.

Yes, depending on the product we supply different types of labelling. For buckets, we supply In-Mould Labelling (IML) and for Jerry Cans we can apply up to two labels per can. Label sizes and cutter guides available upon request. 

Fluorination provides a chemical barrier to a container making it resistant to chemical corrosion and solvent permeation.
