    Standard Colours:

    Our 2.5L Rectangular Bucket is available in standard colours, and colour and IML options are also available for larger orders (minimum orders apply).

    Raw Material / Transport and Warehousing:

    • Buckets and lids are made from food-grade polypropylene (PP), ensuring the highest level of safety and quality for your products.
    • Warehousing involves sealed unit pallets, with even numbers of bases and lids, optimising storage and inventory management.
    • For filling and closing conditions, the maximum content temperature during filling should not exceed 95°C, and stacking content temperature should be lower than 45°C. Stacking more than 2 warm containers is not recommended.
    • The containers’ mechanical parameters allow stacking for maximal static load as specified below:
      • Static (T<23°C): < 24 kg
      • Transparent containers (T<23°C): < 19 kg
    • Palletisation should follow the customer’s practice with consideration of the given values, based on a product density of 1.6 g/cm3.
    • All materials and dyes used for containers or lids intended for the food sector are approved for food contact, meeting the necessary safety requirements.

    Palletisation at Delivery:

    • 1330 units/pallet (packaging: hood or bag)
    • 1470 units/pallet (packaging: hood or bag)
