Raw Material / Transport and Warehousing:
- Buckets and lids are made from food-grade polypropylene (PP), ensuring the utmost safety and quality for your products.
- Our warehousing practices involve sealed unit pallets, which include even numbers of bases and lids, streamlining inventory management and storage.
- During filling and closing, the maximum content temperature should not exceed 85°C, and the stacking content temperature should be lower than 40°C. Stacking more than 2 warm containers is not recommended.
- When the outside temperature decreases to 25-30°C, the containers become more rigid, allowing stacking for maximal static load as specified below:
- Static (T<23°C): < 9 kg
- Transparent containers (T<23°C): < 7 kg
- Palletisation should follow the customer’s practice with consideration of the given values, based on a product density of 1.6 g/cm3.
- All materials and dyes used for containers or lids intended for the food sector are approved for food contact, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
